Luxury Bathroom Remodel
High-end master bathroom renovation featuring a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity, heated floors, and a seamless glass shower enclosure. Every surface was finished with meticulous attention to detail.
The Challenge
The client wanted a hotel-spa feel in a narrow master bath with limited ventilation. The existing space had a bulky built-in tub and a single vanity that made the room feel cramped.
Our Solution
We replaced the built-in tub with a compact freestanding soaking tub, installed a wall-to-wall double vanity with integrated storage, and added a powerful exhaust fan. The walls received a specialized bathroom-grade eggshell finish in warm greige, while the ceiling was painted in a moisture-resistant semi-gloss.
Results
A true spa retreat in the heart of the city. The heated floors and proper ventilation eliminated all previous moisture concerns. The client described it as their favorite room in the apartment.
